Step 1 : Connect the Ethernet cable on the both ends of the computers via LAN or NIC port, make sure that you connect them properly.
Step 2 : Go to computer 1 and open "Open Network and Sharing Center" from control panel.

Step 3 : Click on "Local Area Connection".
Step 4 : Click on "Properties"
Step 5 : Double click on "IPv4".
Step 5 : Give IP address 192.168.1.10 and Subnet mask 255.255.255.0 then click "ok".
Step 6 : Now go to "Computer" and right click on the drive you want to share, and then click on "Properties".
Step 6 : Go to "Sharing" tab then select "Advanced Sharing".
Step 7 : Click on "Share this folder" and then click on "Permissions".
Step 8 : Now select "Full Control".
Step 9 : Now go to "Security" tab and click on "Edit".
Step 10 : Now click on "Add".
Step 11 : Now click on "Advanced".
Step 12 : Click on "Find Now".
Step 13 : Now select "Everyone" and double click on it, and then click "Ok".
Step 14 : Now click on "Full Control".
Step 15 : Now open "Open Network and Sharing Center" again and click on "Change advanced sharing settings".
Step 16 : Click on "Home or Work".
Step 17 : Now select "Turn off password protected sharing".
Step 18 : You're almost done, just repeat all the steps on the Computer 2 but only change the IP to 192.168.1.11
